Shawn Evans started his career as a teacher and high school basketball coach for 7 years prior to spending 20+ years hiring and developing high performing teams across Account Management, Business Development, Strategic Partner Development, Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture and Software Development at Digital Island, Yahoo!, Microsoft and Amazon
During this time, Shawn personally hired 100+ employees across tech and non-tech disciplines, interviewed 350+ candidates across disciplines, and led the Manager Community for Microsoft Advertising (80+ Managers)
